🚤 Bring your boat! The floating dock can accommodate boats up to approximately 20 feet. Cleats are provided, but please bring your own fenders. During occasional low-water periods (typically fall and winter), water depth at the dock may be limited. Feel free to reach out if you have questions regarding your specific boat.

Built in the 1960s, this comfortable lake cottage has been thoughtfully updated over the years while maintaining its charm. We take pride in continually improving the property and providing guests with a relaxing and memorable experience.

Badin Lake is perfect for pontoon cruising, tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, and spending the day exploring the water. Easy access to the dock makes getting out on the lake simple and enjoyable.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary based on time of the year.
